Cake Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a cake order 48+ hours in advance of scheduled pickup date, you are entitled to a refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours or less of the pickup date, the bakery keeps the deposit. Thank you!

Isabelle et Vincent is a landmark in Fairfield, CT for authentic French pastries, desserts, bread, and more. Mike and Jill purchased the bakery in 2018 from Isabelle and Vincent, keeping the traditional recipes from France that their customers love.

The Isabelle et Vincent staff takes pride in baking and serving each item with quality and care.

Mike Saulsberry has been baking his whole life. He has been in the baking business for more than 40 years. He earned his degree in Baking Science and Technology from the American Institute of Baking, his B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Millikin University in Decatur, IL, and his MBA from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. Mike also completed patisserie training at the San Francisco Pastry School.

Jill earned her B.A. in English and her M.A. in Linguistics from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign. She taught English phonology to adult ESL students at the college level, before devoting her time to raising their daughter, Leah.
